Like the first reviewer, I teach AP Chemistry and this is the review book I'll be recommending to my students. I spent an hour or so at a local bookstore comparing review books and, hands-down, this is the best one* out there for the 2015 exam. Why? Because..

1) The content reflects the new exam curriculum and only that curriculum. Some other review books have not removed unneeded information (like nuclear chemistry) or added new material (like photoelectron spectroscopy). Why they haven't is beyond me. Perhaps publishers don't want the expense of paying the authors to rewrite the content and questions.

2) The content is organized as Big Ideas, like the College Board curriculum document. Whether you agree that this way of organizing AP Chemistry makes sense, it's the structure used to write test questions. So reviewing it this way gives you the best chance of anticipating this year's test questions.

Great Overview of Entire History Course

I recently took an AP US History course and bought this book on previous experience with the AP World History book (which I got a five in).

This book is really handy because it internalizes the major eras of all the periods covered by the AP Exam. I found it particularly useful for the essay questions on the AP Test. However, I would discourage anyone from using this book if they are learning things from scratch without taking a history course. It's much better to take an accompanying US History course as this book tends to be more broad than others. Also, the "important" terms are bolded and indexed, making it extremely easy to search for specific terms in a period.

Outstanding way to learn the test

I used this for a class of students being tutored for the ACT. The authors go way beyond simply offering tests and answers. They give very usable strategies in test taking and explanations for answers. I will use it again next year.
