I'm 31, single and dating. I didn't watch that season of the Bachelorette or Bachelor that Sean was a part of. But I heard about him and decided to start following him and Catherine on Instagram and later found out his book was coming out. I wanted to get my hands on it so I joined his street team to get early access and share my thoughts about it to my world through social media. I enjoyed reading this book and getting to know Sean's journey on the Bachelor and the start of his relationship with Catherine. I sometimes need a reminder that everything happens for a reason and to enjoy my journey through life even if I haven't figured it all out or found "the one" yet. This was that reminder. When I was 9 years old, my first exposure to wrestling was watching the 1995 Royal Rumble where Shawn Michaels won the Rumble match even though he was the Number 1 entrant. Ever since, Shawn Michaels has been my favorite wrestler.

I found this book to provide good insight into a man who hit a low-point in his life, and the ways he came around to overcoming the obstacles to his happiness. The only complaint I would have about the book was that it was quite short, and there were many parts where he just glossed over some topics without going into more detail about them.

Regardless, this book isn't primarily one about wrestling. It's more about a story of how one's priorities in life change, and just one example of how one comes to their own happiness.

I would like to comment on an earlier review where a person said that liberal Non-Believers should not read this book. I am an agnostic who leans heavily towards atheism, and yet, I still found great value...
